License Agreement

Effective Date: October 2025

By purchasing or downloading any digital artwork (“Product”) from
https://islamicartkj.com
or authorized platforms (e.g., Gumroad), you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Use License

  • You may use the Product for your own personal projects such as home decor, gifts, and personal prints.
  • You may share the final printed or rendered artwork, but not the original digital files.

2. Commercial Use License

  • You may use the Product for small-scale commercial projects such as:
    • Merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters, stationery).
    • Branding, websites, or social media for clients or businesses.
  • You may sell end products incorporating the artwork, provided the digital files themselves are not resold or redistributed.
  • For large-scale use (mass production over 500 units), please contact us for an extended license.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
  • You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original files (SVG, DXF, AI, PNG, etc.).
  • You may not use the Product in a way that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities.

4. Religious Texts & Respectful Use

Some Products include Qur’anic verses and sacred phrases. By using these designs you agree to the following respectful-use guidelines:

  • Display & placement: Do not place on floors or in bathrooms, and avoid profane, offensive, or disrespectful contexts (e.g., content involving alcohol, nudity, or vulgarity).
  • Handling: Treat prints and physical items with care. Store and transport respectfully; avoid placing on unclean surfaces.
  • Editing: Do not crop, distort, or rearrange verses/phrases in a way that could alter meaning. If you add decorative elements, keep the original text intact and legible.
  • Accuracy: Ensure the text is used in a correct, non-misleading manner. If you are unsure, please contact us before publishing or selling.
  • Disposal: If a print is damaged or no longer needed, dispose of it respectfully (e.g., shredding beyond legibility or clean burning where permissible).

5. Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of IslamicArtKJ (Kamal Aljahed).
This license grants limited rights to use, not ownership of the artwork.

6. Liability

The Products are provided “as-is.” IslamicArtKJ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from
use of the files or incompatibility with third-party software or devices.

7. Updates

We may update this license periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.
